Store in the fridge for increased cooling and energizing benefits. Roll for about 2 minutes, every day or whenever desired. With cleansed skin, apply your favorite serum, moisturizer or mask. Begin rolling on either side of your face, starting with your cheekbones, using outward and upward strokes. Next roll along the jawline, and then across the forehead. Use the smaller end of the roller to roll across the under-eye area - always using outward motions. Clean after each use with your face cleanser.
