How-to Use
To optimize the benefits and increase your nutritional profile, we recommend you have 10g daily (2 teaspoons) in filtered water, coconut water, almond milk, juice or a smoothie. Prepare it however you like, just don’t heat it, as this may destroy the complex blend of nutrients. Drink this daily elixir soon after mixing, as the fibre content will swell if left. As you may experience an energy lift, we recommend you take each morning or during the day, not at bedtime. THE SUPER ELIXIR™ can be used daily, by men and women of all ages including children over the age of 15, in conjunction with a balanced diet and an active lifestyle to improve wellness and vitality and increase your nutritional intake.
