Wake up! I always begin in my morning routine with my morning prayers of gratitude and thankfulness.
I brush my teeth, splash my face with water, put on my workout clothes, and head to the kitchen. I start with one liter of lemon water, and 10 minutes of reformer trampoline, followed by @rachel_fitness workout.
7:15 - 8:30 am
Rachel and I are with the kids. Our good morning routines include breakfast, playtime in our yard, school prep, lunch prep, and then off we go to school.
9:30 - 10:30 am
10:30 - 11:30 am
Phone calls and zoom meetings with the leadership or creative team in Toronto.
11:30 am - 4:00 pm
At Gee Beauty studio in Miami Beach, working with the team and clients, performing brow treatments.
At home, dinner with the kids and park time! Then we wind down for calm time and bed. Bath time, reading, lights down.
I wind down for bed, usually taking a bath or some deep breathing with essential oils. Organize my thoughts and plans for the next day, and prep my look in my head - what I'll wear, what makeup look I might film. I might read or finish a podcast or a show. Good night!
